Tape One: In "The Five Keys to Kali" Master at Arms James A. Keating teaches you a simple set of upper body movements. Then he begins to show you what they are or could be used for. You are given the "key" or understanding to then "know" any and all movement the human upper torso is capable of making (conceptually) Talk about getting more mileage for your dollar !!
